We applied both predictive techniques (PMP, Prince) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean design) to guarantee the appropriate management of the project at every stage.

  • Initiation: The initiating process determines the nature and scope of the project.
  • Planning: Planning of time, cost and resources to estimate the work needed and to effectively manage risk during project execution.
  • Execution and monitoring: Take measures to ensure work defined in the project plan is completed to accomplish the project requirements.
  • Acceptance and Delivery: Provide the customer with the evidence and assurance the project requirements were met, with any appropriate delivery of training if required.
  • Support: Provide support and advice for the current project and/or follow-up development.
